Refund Policy

  -  You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

  -  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will only be eligible for a 50 percent refund.

  -  If the student fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited without refund.

  -  In the event of tutor unavailability, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund.
